Are original products available at BALAZS KICKS?
- We guarantee that all products are original, with several years of experience behind us. Thanks to the aforementioned experience, we have a wide range of knowledge, which means that we purchase only original sneakers, which can be documented back to the first sale by an official distributor.
Where do the shoes available at BALAZS KICKS come from?
- We have reliable partners from all over the world thanks to our network of contacts, who only deal with original sneakers.
Is it possible to request a legit check?
- All products available at BALAZS KICKS are individually checked for authenticity, which we can 100% guarantee with the wealth of information we have gathered over the years.
However, we cannot provide the legit check for shoes intended/purchased elsewhere, so please do not contact us regarding legit check questions.
PAYMENT
How can I pay on the webshop?
You can pay in two ways;
One is payment by bank card, where the transaction takes place in HUF, and BALAZS KICKS does not access or store your bank or card data. Also, the transaction takes place in an encrypted and secure manner through the OTP simple system.
The other is cash on delivery, which means that you choose ( COD) -cash at checkout on delivery option, which means the following: you must pay upon receipt, in cash upon delivery. We deliver to any part of the country.
Choose the one that is more convenient for you, and the product will be delivered to you.
ORDER
After you have purchased the desired product, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about it, and we will soon send you the invoice for your order.
Are all products in stock at BALAZS KICKS?
In the webshop, the products are in stock in our Budapest warehouse or with our foreign partners, and in the webshop there are also products on consignment with foreign partners.
After your order, we always check the actual availability of the product, because - as in all webshops - we may also be out of stock. Therefore, BALAZS KICKS reserves the option of canceling the order even after several working days. Of course, the amount of your order will be refunded in 100%.
How many days is the delivery time?
We cannot guarantee the exact time, for shoes coming from our foreign partners you should definitely expect a longer time.
The average delivery time is 2-14 working days. As soon as the package is on its way to you, we will send you a notification.
Which company delivers the ordered product?
Our products are delivered by GLS Hungary.
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED
You can cancel the products ordered on the webshop within 14 calendar days of receipt without reason, this is your right of cancellation guaranteed by the applicable laws.
You can indicate your cancellation at balazskicks@gmail.com by entering your order number. You can return the ordered product at your own expense and responsibility.
Do not wear the ordered product, because we can only take back an unworn product in a condition suitable for resale.
If you would like to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible, if possible before dispatch, so that the packaging and dispatch will no longer take place.
GUARANTEE
Although BALAZS KICKS contains completely new unused products, nevertheless-
Our resell products are original, never-worn products that are not considered new and come from an official reseller, and are considered legally used products only because of their resale (resell). They are not covered by warranty, but you can assert your warranty rights in the same way as in the case of other products purchased on the website, with one difference: the warranty claim expires within one year from the date of delivery! Of course, the 45/2014. (II. 26.) You also have the right of withdrawal according to § 20 of the Government Decree, that is, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
We offer a one-year accessories warranty for the products: if you return it during this period due to a defect that is proven to have been caused by a manufacturing defect under intended use, then write this down, send a picture of it, write down the date of purchase and the order or invoice /receipt number to balazskicks@gmail.com.
If I have detailed questions about a product, who can I contact?
