Are original products available at BALAZS KICKS?

-We guarantee that all products are original, with many years of experience behind us. Thanks to the aforementioned experience, we have a wide range of knowledge, which means that we only purchase original sneakers that can be documented and traced back to the first sale by an official distributor.

Where do the shoes available at BALAZS KICKS come from?

- Thanks to our network of contacts, we have reliable partners from all over the world who deal exclusively with original sneakers.

Is it possible to request a legit check?

- Every product available at BALAZS KICKS is individually inspected for authenticity, which we can 100% guarantee with the wealth of information we have collected over the years.

However, we cannot provide legit check for shoes intended to be purchased/purchased elsewhere, so please do not contact us with legit check questions.

PAYMENT

How can I pay on the webshop?

You can pay in two ways;
One is bank card payment, where the transaction is made in HUF, and BALAZS KICKS does not access or store your bank or card details. Alternatively, the transaction is made in an encrypted, secure manner through the OTP simple system.

The other is cash on delivery, which means you select ( COD)- cash at checkout. on delivery option which means: you have to pay upon receipt, cash on delivery. We deliver to any part of the country.

Choose the one that is most convenient for you and the product will be delivered to you.

ORDER

After you have purchased the desired product, you will receive a confirmation email and we will soon send you the invoice for your order.

Are all products in stock at BALAZS KICKS?

The products in the webshop are in stock in our Budapest warehouse or at our foreign partners, and the webshop also has products on consignment at foreign partners.

After your order, we always check the actual availability of the product, because - like in every webshop - we can also have stock shortages. Therefore, BALAZS KICKS maintains the option of canceling the order even after several working days. Of course, the amount of your order will be refunded 100%.

How many days is the delivery time?

We cannot guarantee the exact time, and for shoes coming from our foreign partners, you should definitely expect a longer time.
The average delivery time is 2-14 business days. We will send you a notification as soon as the package is on its way to you.

Which company will deliver the ordered product?

Our products are delivered by GLS Hungary.

AFTER YOUR ORDER ARRIVAL

You can cancel products ordered on the webshop within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason, this is your right of withdrawal guaranteed by applicable laws.

You can notify us of your cancellation by sending an email to balazskicks.help@gmail.com , stating your order number. You can return the ordered product at your own expense and responsibility.

Do not wear the product you ordered, as we can only accept returns on unworn products that are in a condition suitable for resale.

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible, preferably before shipping, so that packaging and shipping will not take place.

GUARANTEE

Although BALAZS KICKSEN has completely new, unused products, nevertheless-

Our resell products are not considered new, are original, never worn products from one authorized reseller, and are only considered legally used products due to their resale (resell). They are not covered by a warranty, but you can enforce your warranty rights in the same way as other products purchased on the website, with one difference: the warranty claim expires within one year from the date of delivery! Of course, you also have the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 20 of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), i.e. you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

We offer a one-year warranty on our products: if you return it during this period due to a defect that can be proven to have occurred under normal use and is attributable to a manufacturing defect, please write this down, send a picture of it, write down the date of purchase and the order or invoice/receipt number to balazskicks.help@gmail.com .

If I have a detailed question about a product, who can I contact?
