Exchanges and Refunds

Please fill out the form below before returning or mailing the product.

Your request will be processed after we receive and inspect the product.

If you return the product in person, you must still fill out the form.

You may exchange the product or request a refund within 14 days of delivery, either in person at our store or by mail.

If you choose to return the item by mail and have already received your invoice, please print it out and include it with the package. In the case of an exchange, please indicate the desired size or product.

We also ask that you kindly fill out the form attached below, as this greatly simplifies and speeds up the process.

Once you have completed the form, please mail the product back to our store at 1052 Budapest, Károly krt. 24.
