Refund Policy

You may exchange or return an item within 14 days of delivery, either in person at our store or by mail.

If you choose to return the item by mail and have already received your invoice, please print it out and include it with your package. In the case of an exchange, please indicate the desired size or product.

We also ask that you kindly fill out the form attached below, as this greatly simplifies and speeds up the process.

Once you have completed the form, please return the product to us by mail to our store at 1052 Budapest, Károly krt. 24.

12. THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
12.1. The Consumer has the right to cancel the purchase of a product bought in the Online Store without providing a reason. The Consumer may exercise this right of withdrawal
with respect to: the product;
in the case of the sale of multiple products, if the delivery of the individual products occurs at different times,
the last product delivered;
in the case of a product consisting of multiple items or pieces, the last item or piece delivered; - if the product is to be delivered regularly within a specified period, the first
delivery
—within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Consumer or by a third party designated by the Consumer who is not the carrier. The Consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product.

12.2. In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the Consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

12.3. If the Consumer has made an offer to enter into the contract, the Consumer has the right to withdraw the offer prior to the conclusion of the contract, which terminates the binding nature of the offer to enter into the contract.
12.4. If the Consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal or termination, they must send a clear statement expressing their intention to withdraw or terminate the contract to the Service Provider using the following contact information:

For this purpose, the Consumer may also use the model withdrawal/termination statement included in Appendix 1 of the General Terms and Conditions.
12.5. The Consumer shall be deemed to have exercised their right of withdrawal or termination in a timely manner if they send their notice of withdrawal or termination before the expiration of the time limit specified in Sections 12.1–12.3.
12.6. When notification is sent by mail, the Service Provider will consider the date of mailing; when notification is sent via email, the Service Provider will consider the time the email was sent for the purpose of calculating the deadline. The Consumer shall mail the letter as registered mail so that the date of mailing can be credibly proven.
12.7. The Consumer bears the burden of proving that the notice was given in accordance with the provisions of Sections 12.4–12.5.
12.8. If the Consumer withdraws from the contract concluded with the Service Provider in accordance with the provisions of Sections 12.4–12.5, the Service Provider shall, without delay, but no later than fourteen days from the date it becomes aware of the withdrawal, refund the full amount paid by the Consumer as consideration, including any costs incurred in connection with the performance. The Service Provider shall refund the amount due to the Consumer using the same payment method used by the Consumer. With the Consumer’s express consent, the Service Provider may use another payment method for the refund, but the Consumer shall not be charged any additional fees as a result.
12.9. If the Consumer expressly chooses a method of shipment other than the least expensive standard method, the Service Provider is not obligated to reimburse the resulting additional costs.
12.10. Until the Consumer has returned the product or has provided conclusive proof that it has been returned (whichever occurs first), the Service Provider may withhold the amount to be refunded pursuant to Section 12.8. The Service Provider is not entitled to withhold the amount if it has agreed to transport the product back itself.
12.11. If the Consumer fails to comply with Sections 12.4–12.If you withdraw from the contract concluded with the Service Provider in accordance with the provisions of Section 5, you are required to return the product in question to the Service Provider immediately, but no later than fourteen days from the date of notification of withdrawal, to the following address:

A. The return is considered to have been made within the deadline if the Consumer sends the product before the deadline expires.

12.12. The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Consumer, unless the Service Provider has agreed to bear this cost. The product subject to withdrawal may not be returned via cash-on-delivery; the Service Provider will not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

12.13. If the product was shipped to the Consumer at the time the contract was concluded, the Service Provider will return the product at its own expense if, due to its nature, it cannot be returned by mail.

12.14. The Consumer is liable for any depreciation resulting from use that exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

12.15. The Consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination in the following cases:
- in the case of a non-prefabricated product manufactured according to the Consumer’s instructions or at the Consumer’s express request, or in the case of a product that has been clearly customized for the Consumer;

- in the case of a product in sealed packaging that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened after delivery;
