: Can I find authentic products at BALAZS KICKS?
— We guarantee that every product is authentic; we have several years of experience behind us, and thanks to that experience, we have an extensive network of contacts, which ensures that we source only authentic sneakers that can be documented and traced back to their initial sale by the first official distributor.
Where do the shoes available at BALAZS KICKS come from?
-Thanks to our network of contacts, we have reliable partners all over the world who deal exclusively in authentic sneakers.
Is it possible to request a “legit check”?
-Every product available at BALAZS KICKS has been individually inspected for authenticity, which we can guarantee 100% based on the vast amount of information we’ve gathered over the years.
However, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of shoes you intend to purchase or have purchased elsewhere, so please do not contact us regarding authenticity checks.
PAYMENT
How can I pay on the online store?
There are two ways to pay:
One is by credit card, where the transaction is processed in HUF, and BALAZS KICKS does not have access to or store your bank or card information. The transaction is processed in an encrypted, secure manner through the OTP Simple system.
The other option iscash on delivery ( COD), which means that at checkout , you select the (COD) option— meaning you pay in cash upon delivery. We ship to any part of the country.
Just choose whichever option is more convenient for you, and your product will be on its way to you.
ORDER
Once you’ve purchased the product you want, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll send you the invoice for your order shortly.
Are all products in stock at BALAZS KICKS?
The products in our online store are in stock at our warehouse in Budapest or at our international partners, and some products are also held on consignment by our international partners.
After you place your order, we always check the actual availability of the product because—as with any online store—stock shortages can occur. For this reason, BALAZS KICKS reserves the right to cancel your order even several business days after it is placed. Of course, you will receive a 100% refund for the amount of your order.
How long is the delivery time?
We cannot guarantee an exact time, but you should definitely expect a longer delivery time for shoes coming from our international partners.
The average delivery time is 2–14 business days. As soon as your package is on its way to you, we’ll send you a notification.
Which company delivers the ordered product?
Our products are delivered by GLS Hungary.
AFTER YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
You may cancel products ordered through the online store within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason; this is your right of withdrawal as guaranteed by applicable laws.

Do not wear the product you ordered, as we can only accept returns of unworn items that are in resalable condition.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible, preferably before shipment, so that the item will not be packaged and shipped.
WARRANTY
Although BALAZS KICKSEN offers brand-new, unused products,
our
“Resell” products are not classified as new; they are all original, unworn items sourced exclusively from official resellers, which are legally classified as used products solely because they are intended for resale. They are not covered by a warranty, but you can exercise your rights under the warranty of quality in the same way as for other products purchased on the website, with one exception: claims under the warranty of quality expire one year from the date of delivery! Of course, Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) Section 20. You also have the right of withdrawal under §, which means you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
We provide a one-year warranty on our products: if you return an item during this period due to a defect that is proven to have occurred under normal use and is attributable to a manufacturing defect, please describe the issue , send a photo of it, and include the purchase date and the order or invoice/receipt numberinfo@balazskicks.com in your info@balazskicks.com email.
